Q. Do you charge sales tax?

We don't charge sales tax presently, but there may be changes in the later period according to the actual situation.

Q. Is the product price including tax?
Yes, you don't need to pay extra tax. 

Q. What should I do if my credit card is declined when I place an order?

To prevent credit card fraud, our system might decline your payment at checkout. To avoid this, let your credit card company know about your intended purchase after a decline.

If a decline happens, here are 4 other alternative solutions:

  1. Try another Credit/Debit card.
  2. Try placing your order a few more times, either after speaking with your card issuer or waiting a bit.
  3. Use PayPal payment if you have an account.
  4. Make a credit card payment through PayPal.(No PayPal account required) 

Q. How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders in the United States are received within 15-29 business days.

    Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

      Method 1: Credit/Debit Cards Payment on PayPal

      Choose the debit or credit cards payment methods on the PayPal checkout page and fill in the info to complete the purchase.

      Method 2: PayPal Payment

      You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. 

      Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
      Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

      Q. How do I cancel an order?
      To cancel or change your order, reply to the order confirmation email you received or email service@zwob.com

      Q. How to pay by credit card on PayPal? (No need to register for PayPal)
      Even if you don't have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

      Q. How can I finance with PayPal Credit?
      PayPal Credit gives you the freedom to buy all the furniture you want today and pay it over 6 months with no interests. Approval is instant for customers who already have a PayPal account.

        Q. How to use PayPal Credit:

        1. Select PayPal at the checkout.
        2. Log into your PayPal account.
        3. Click on "Apply Now" on the PayPal Credit banner.
        4. Get approval on your order.
        5. Confirm the delivery address.
        6. Set your repayment schedule.

        Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
        We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
